Our company has been experiencing an important growth in the last 2 years, and we were desperately looking for a human resource management formula that wouldn’t be “rigid” and would, above all, respect our value system that places the human being at the very center.
Wishing to integrate the NOVA concept right into the DNA of our company, my general director and I, as president, underwent training to obtain the NOVA certification.
Since then, all our employees have done their Nova profile, and at several locations on our premises, folders with all the profiles are available for the employees to consult before interacting with each other. “Color” team meetings have been organized to learn how to make even better use of the strengths of each person and above all, respecting others based on their true personality.
